Guardian Flight is the largest air medevac provider in Alaska, with eight bases statewide. Guardian Flight transports medical, surgical, cardiac, trauma, pediatric, neonatal, and pediatric ICU, and burn patients from rural facilities to tertiary care facilities 24/7.
Guardian’s ground ambulances and pressurized aircraft allow their experienced crews to provide bed-to-bed patient care during inter-facility transports. From rural locations, the patient is cared for from point-of-care to the receiving hospital.
In 1988, Classic Lifeguard began fulfilling a need for air medical evacuation services along the Arizona/Utah border. Classic Lifeguard provides emergency transport as well as interfacility transfer services in their coverage area.
Classic Lifeguard operates 24/7 with a skilled medical team and aviation crew. Classic Lifeguard service area has a vast terrain and requires great skill. They have implemented the use of Night Vision Goggles (NVG) to better service the needs in their area. Their reputation of excellence and safety has allowed growth in this unique environment. Classic Lifeguard is committed to safe and efficient patient transportation.
Classic Lifeguard has been proactive in safety and equipment enhancements being put into place prior to NTSB recommendations being made to the Air Medical Industry. These measures include the following:

Hawaii Life Flight is a fixed-wing operation with over 30-year's experience serving the people of Hawaii. To demonstrate their commitment and to meet medical needs, Hawaii Life Flight has based their aircraft and crews permanently through the Hawaiian Islands. Fully staffed and equipped bases are located in Lihue, Kahului, Hilo, Kona, Honolulu and Kamuela. The proximity helps create a strong partnership of respect and trust between these based crews and their base hospitals.
Eagle Air Med is a fixed-wing air ambulance organization serving the Four Corners region (Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah) and the Navajo Nation. Eagle Air Med provides services to medical, surgical, cardiac, trauma, burn, pediatric and neuro patients from rural facilities to tertiary care facilities 24 hours a day 365 days per year.
Eagle has safely completed more than 25,000 patient transports and is celebrating their 30 year anniversary in the year 2011. They take great pride in their employees and in the safety and reliability of the services that they provide to each patient every day.
